Glen Oro Farm’s Eco- Retreat is located in Oro-Medonte Ontario which is about 1.5 hours north of Toronto! This means that it is a quick drive to escape from the city!

Stargazer Dome
The Stargazer Dome is an incredible Geodesic Dome offering luxury amenities in the middle of a grand forest. Not only does this dome offer a full bathroom and kitchenette, but also a grand sitting room with a wall of windows and a cozy wood pellet fireplace! Climb up the ladder to find your loft bed where you will fall asleep under the stars.
The Explorer’s Tent
Wake up to the sounds of birds chirping in the beautiful Explorer’s Tent! This luxurious tent offers a full bathroom as well as a kitchenette to cook some incredible camp meals! With a wood fireplace you will stay cozy all year round as you fall asleep to the sounds of nature on the plush and oversized king bed.
Accommodation Features:
- Bathroom: Sink (with UV filtered clean drinking water), custom cedar shower (with hot water), and a composting toilet.
- Kitchenette: Fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, glasses, pot, pan, skillet, tea, coffee, kettle, toaster oven, electric burner element, sink, mini fridge, and BBQ outside.
- Fire-Pit: Each Dome and Explorer’s Tent has a private fire-pit just outside the door. There is also a large communal fire-pit right at the entrance of the Eco-Retreat.
What To Bring With You:
- Comfortable clothing for all weather depending on the time of year you are visiting.
- Hiking shoes to explore the surrounding trails
- All groceries that you will need to cook some amazing camp meals, don’t forget ingredients for s’mores!
